What to Do? • More employees should be involved • Employees should interact with the patients • Wear Scrubs • Try to bring in more patient models • Pay them for coming in • Have badges for the patient models with before pictures behind current pictures • Hand out gift certificate towards consultations rather than providing consultations during the open house, so Doctor can interact with the patients more • We should have a day blocked so we are ready to schedule the patients

  4. What Not to Do • ARTAS presenter should not take up too much time • No consultations during open house • Focus shouldn’t only be on the ARTAS and FUE • We can talk about: • Other types of FUE methods: Celebrity • Strip • Beard

  5. What Doctor Should Do • Include more pictures in his presentation • Add a video to his presentation of technicians working • Have pictures of all his staff to introduce them to everyone • Spend time doing Q&A
