  13. 2014 Pilot Program Highlights • 4 – 5 Mentor / Mentee Circles • (2 mentors / 4 – 5 mentees per circle) • Group focus ranging from leadership and managing change, to career transition and skill development • Building on the success of other HBA Mentoring Programs (e.g., Mid Atlantic) • Quality of the mentoring experience deemed High or Very High by 2/3rds of all respondents • 61% would definitely participate again; 35% are considering participating again • 83% would recommend the program to colleagues

Mentor Program Requirements • HBA Chapter/Affiliate member – Optional • Individual membership encouraged but not required • Commit to at least 1½ to 2 hours/month • In person and/or virtually (phone or online) for 7- 8 months • Complete online mentor registration (deadline : Tuesday, April 15, 2014)) • Participate in mentor training webinar • Attend Program Dinner Events • Kick Off : Tuesday, May 20 – evening • Year End Celebration: TBD • Participate in check-in calls, surveys and LinkedIn discussions • Monthly calls, mid/year-end survey, and any discussions on LinkedIn • Provide important feedback on the pilot program Save these Dates!

  19. Mentee Program Requirements • Must be individual HBA Chapter/Affiliate member • Corporate membership not sufficient • Pay program fee - $150.00 • Commit to at least 1½ to 2 hours/month • In person and/or virtually (phone or online) for 7 - 8 months • Complete online mentee registration (deadline: Tuesday, April 15) • Participate in mentee overview webinar • Attend Program Dinner Events • Kick Off : Tuesday, May 20 • Year End Celebration: TBD • Participate in check-in calls, surveys and LinkedIn discussions • Monthly calls, mid/year-end survey, and any discussions on LinkedIn • Provide important feedback on the pilot program Save these Dates!

Program Registration • To apply to be a mentee or a mentor, send an email registration request to support@mentormatchme.com. • In the subject line add: • HBA GP MENTEE OR • HBA GP MENTOR • Registration link will be sent to you from MentorMatchMe.com  • Once you received your registration link, click on the link to complete your registration profile • Mentees and mentors who have been selected for the program will be notified via email by Thursday, May 1 • Training webinars are scheduled for the week of May 5 • All mentees must be HBA members at the time of registration • Registration closes Tuesday, April 15 Save this Date!
