  5. Challenges Encountered • Don’t have any knowledge on how to interact with the public (Unknown people) • Don’t have any previous experience working with this team • Public rejecting to give their opinions and views • KSRTC staff interrupted

  6. Success and Failures • Planned as conducting the survey simultaneously in various places • Ended up with 3 days of survey because of the language problem • But completed the survey and we succeeded

  7. EXPERIENCE • Learned how to communicate with the public in a polite way • Went to Oachira on 2nd November • But a political meeting was going on. So instantly changed the location • Managed time systematically • Unknowingly gave the questionnaire to a KSRTC employee. He started enquiring about the survey

  8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS • Sri. Br. Bijuji, for his valuable suggestion for the project • SujathaMenon, for her support in preparing questionnaire and making some important corrections • Rajesh sir, for giving us an opportunity to experience the social responsibility and team work
