New Things Happening • Group UI Enhancements • Add/edit group membership info more efficiently • Bulk add/edit member roles to groups • Joint and Spouse Flag • Joint (J): when a constituent has reporting credit that was issued to >1 constituent • Revenue and Recognition screen of a constituent in the Recognition History and Revenue History tabs • Revenue query in the Filters and Output Fields sections • Export Definition • Yale Custom Reports • Spouse (SP): indicates if constituent who received reporting credit is member of same household • Revenue query in the Filters and Output Fields sections • Export Definition • Yale Custom Reports • Designation Search • No longer need to go through Purpose Search • New and improved search criteria • Expanded results

Updates from Prior Meeting • Feedback from handout on Adjustments • Additions/Corrections to document: • Can document mention how soon adjustments would be represented in Giving Stats or Giving Stats by Social Class (ex. If transaction amount is adjusted, reflected immediately or next day?) • In Query section: have screen shot of where to dig and find the related smartfields • In Submitting Adjustments to CP section: add that subject line needs to indicate Adjustment Requested & CC supervisor/relevant ODV staff (prospmgr) • In Submitting Adjustments to CP section: state adjustments will be made within X hours/days of request (timeframe decided by CP) • Revise note to state changes to Yale customized fields will not produce adjustment on Adjustment history tab NOR History link • Additional notes: • Are Rules on Adjustments the new BRD rules? YES • Without Contribution Processing adding a reason or reason code in the adjustment notes, the detailed information you are constructing may not matter so much. It’s nice to know that this type of adjustment is recorded with a flag versus a smart field, but unless we know the actual reason a gift is adjusted, it is only helpful for reporting purposes and not as much for the individual fundraiser who is looking at a record for clues. • Broadcast Emails support • Validation Process Analysis
