  10. Study Skills • Planner/Supplies • Students in fifth grade have an equitable amount of homework across the grade level. • Regular and prompt attendance is vital. • Students will be given one day to make up work for every day missed due to excused absences.

Help Your Child Succeed • Please check your child’s planner daily to verify homework completion. • Refer to your teacher’s website if you are in doubt. • Please send a note explaining any absences. • Tuesday Folder • Sign up and monitor your child’s grade through TXConnect. • Sign up with your teacher for Remind101 texts. • A conference document will be posted on our teacher’s site on September 19 to schedule conferences.
