Helping Freshmen Succeed February 2013

This program aims to support freshmen at SIUE in their academic journey through enrollment management strategies. The focus is on admissions, financial aid, recruitment, and fostering a diverse and enriched student community. We prioritize student retention and progress from freshman to sophomore year. Our goal is to enhance the overall college experience for freshmen, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to thrive. The program also emphasizes cultural and geographic diversity, graduate and international enrollment growth, and the importance of online/off-campus offerings. By providing comprehensive assistance, we strive to equip freshmen with the tools needed to succeed in their academic pursuits and beyond.
