Option 2:CSU System (19%) • Examples: • San Jose State University • San Diego State University • Cal Poly San Luis Obispo • 23 campuses throughout the state • Applications: Oct 1 - Nov 30 • Entrance Requirements: • Completion of A-G coursework with grades of C- or higher • Qualifying GPA • SAT Reasoning or ACT w/writing

Option 3:UC System (11%) • Examples: • UC Berkeley • UC San Diego • 10 campuses throughout the state • (9 undergrad campuses) • Application Timeline: Nov 1 – 30 • Requirements: • Completion of A-G coursework with grades of C- or higher • Qualifying GPA • SAT Reasoning and/or ACT w/ writing • Two SAT Subject Tests recommended (must be in separate subject areas) • Two Personal Statements
