CELDT Events • March 2010 – Data Review Module held for districts to complete data correction to student files for annual assessment window. • March 2010 – Initial ordering of test materials for 2010-11 will end on March 19, 2010. • April 2010 – STOT workshops will commence for 2010-11. • April 2010 – Explaining Summary Results Packet will be available on CDE Web site. • May 2010 – Release of Annual Assessment Results for 2009-10 will be posted on DataQuest. • June 2010 – 2010-11 Test materials will be shipped to districts. • July 1, 2010 – 2010-11 Testing window opens. 3 Document Approved for Dissemination

  4. 2010-11 STOT Workshops • State-sponsored and local/regional trainings will be held. • Online calibration/training application available to districts for local/regional trainings. • Online registration system opened on March 1 and will close on August 24, 2010. 4 Document Approved for Dissemination

  6. STOT Registration • Only CELDT District Coordinator (CDC) can register participants. • Improved waiting list feature has been added. • Districts must ensure that all of their Test Examiners have been trained on the 2010-11 Edition prior to testing. Document Approved for Dissemination

  7. STOT Registration (cont.) • CDC registers for either one of the STOT locations or a Local/Regional Training. • Registration closes August 24, 2010. • Additional seats will be filled from the waiting list. Document Approved for Dissemination

  8. How can you help locally? • Consider hosting another STOT local/regional workshop in your area • Send a regional trainer to STOT to be certified. • Call SCOE if interested in materials or trainers. • Regional workshops can be listed on CELDT Web site. 8 Document Approved for Dissemination

  9. CELDT Live! • Purpose: Provide critical updates with Q&A opportunities • Archives: Available for reference after live presentations • Upcoming CELDT Live!
