To fulfill realize this mandate, as the governing body, • You must determine the boundaries or limits that allow for a safe connection between your member and their client Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation
As example, you do this by: • Establishing your registration process • Defining your code of ethics • Developing professional standards and/or core competencies • Setting continuing competency requirements • Implementing a complaints & discipline process Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation
