PJHA Acceptance Barriers: • Technicians struggle with forms • With forms you analyze the job, not the task.. • Seen as a compliance tool only • Doesn’t work at home or on the farm

W.H.A.T • If the job the has many complicated tasks, use any piece of plain paper or a PJHA • The what logo is easy – W.H.A.T will keep me safe • While doing an observation, ask them if they used the W.H.A.T. process, and if they did, check the area for PJHA/WHAT W.H.A.T.
