  1. Duty Free Lunch 3 Oct 2012 Mrs. Cox, I just wanted to thank you and the rest of the PTO for giving us duty free lunch today.  It was nice to actually sit with my teammates and talk today.  We have not had our planning time every day this week or part of last week due to some of the encore classes being cancelled.  When this happens we have to keep some or all of our students in our rooms.  We have also had multiple meetings after school which prevent us from talking and planning together. Fourth grade teachers were able to discuss some upcoming things like Open House and our plans for the week during our lunch today.  I know that this might seem like a trivial thing to appreciate (being able to talk to adults), but I assure you it is like giving us gold. Thank you again for helping us become better educators for your children.  We all need a break from each other to maximize instructional time.  :) Ann M.
