The Support System:Personal Tutors • Students’ progress is monitored via our electronic referral system and settling in and progress checks as well as dialogue between teachers, tutor and parent. • Where students are seen to be having problems they are supported by developing action plans. • Level of support is determined by student need. • Parents informed and involved via subject teachers and tutors actively contacting home.
