Wildlife Damage Abatement and Claims Program (WDACP) 70 of the 72 counties participate in the program. Kenosha and Menominee do not. • Program administered by participating counties. • 52 counties choose to subcontract “on farm” services to USDA-Wildlife Services. • 18 counties administered by independent contractor or county employee.
