Accessible Journey Planning • Spectator Journey Planner for Olympics and Paralympics included accessible journey planning options • Based on network of accessible stations, stops and services • Simple selection options – step free and assistance • Legacy – Transport Direct plans to include within TD website

Plans and timescales • Phase I • Software development done for Games – would need to be incorporated into TD • National network of data being gathered by TD, based on that produced for Games • Plan to be live within current financial year (trunk journey planning and local services in London, South East, East Midlands, East Anglia)

Plans and timescales • Phase II • Commissioned software upgrades from other suppliers to enable national distributed journey planning • Gradual collection of NaPTAN 3.0 data, including accessibility attributes, station modelling, etc • Helpful to establish what already exists nationally • Inclusion of more registered DRT services • CPT Mobility Scooter Scheme
