  1. Se demonteaza • generatorul de curent • Ruptorul distribuitor • Pompa de combustibil • Filtrul de ulei • Joja de ulei • Traductorul de ulei • Bobina de inductie • Suprtul lateral stanga • Si intaritorul stanga

  2. Se goleste motorul de ulei • Se demonteaza colectoarele de admisie si evacuare • Se scoate capacul chiulasei • Se demonteaza ambreiajul si chiulasa • Se fixeaza brida de mentinere a camasilor cilindrilor • Se scot tijele culbutoarelor (se aseaza in ordine)

  3. Cu ajutorul unui bulon(12 mm) se scoate pinionul de comanda al ruptorului distribuitor • Se demonteaza carterul inferior si carterul de distributie • Se scot garniturile • Se demonteaza pompa de ulei • Se demonteaza intinzatorul de lantcu ajutorul unei chei speciale

  4. Se scoate surubul de blocare al arborelui cu came si se scoate pinionul de distributie si lantul de distributie • Se demonteaza brida arborelui cu came, se scoate arborele • Se demonteaza volantul • Se numeroteaza bielele(1 in partea ambreiajului)

  5. Se scoate arborele cotit, cuzinetii si inelele distantiere • Se scot ansamblurile camasa piston biela
