  2. Ice Maker • Here are the some simple tips to fix the fridge ice maker problems by yourself. • When your refrigerator stops making ice makers or produces only tiny cubes, it is because of the water supply.

  3. Remove detachable parts • Remove all the detachable parts such as shelves and allow it to warm up to the room temperature before being exposed to warm or hot water. • If you directly expose them to warm water before warm up then they could get crack.

  5. Turn of Temperature • Before you begin to clean your fridge, make sure you have turned off your temperature. • This will ensure linear compressor is not overloaded which is the motor of the refrigerator.

Water Blocks • Either the water supply will be partial or completely blocked. To find and fix this, here are the three common troubleshoots. Always unplug the refrigerator before making any repairs. • Check the tube that supplies water to ice makers. This is because the tube that supplies water to ice makers can get plugged with ice when pressure is low, this will block the water before it reaches the ice makers.

Inlet Tube • Melt the ice in inlet tube, make sure water stops shreds from the inlet tube and wait until the water stops dripping from the inlet tube. • At back of the fridge there is a small inlet tube, which turns the water supply to the ice makers on and off. Replace the inlet valve. Before replacing the inlet tube disconnect the supply tube.
