  3. Program Goals • Identify common needs and priorities • Provide timely technology transfer through project deployment • Provide innovative engineering solutions for transportation projects • Improve program quality

  4. Coordinated Effort • Includes multiple Federal agencies • Shared funding and resources • Provides valued added services to multiple Federal agencies
