Challenges encountered • Process road map not clear to applicants / recruits • Not easy for applicants to assess progress • Finding posted data like quickbase application not straight forward • Does not clearly separate triangle tasks from non triangle tasks • Some tasks audience, like presentation not clear

  4. Challenges due to Technology • Confidentiality – Data posted is not confidential thus affecting some candidates • Transparent tracking of progress not provided for • Ability to create performance dashboard for the user logged in • Ability to link database to tasks assigned

Proposed Solution • Integrated Workspace for each applicant • Initial Account created and validated before posting application & resume • Subsequent tasks linked to Applicant Account • Jobs placed on recruit workspace in chronological order • Each job completed to be flagged by applicant in workspace • Triangle process should tap into quickbase for resume sharing and skills location for need to know purposes only

Proposed - cont • System: • For continuity and minimal change management, wikis be improved to present a workspace • Authentication be emphasized in the wikis • Role based access be put in place. This may take time but it needs to be factored in as follows: Default: Access own created data, triangle recruit – edit own data, read data of own triangle members, Shido – Change own data, view data of other shidos for networking purposes, Supervisors / managers – View all data with rights to suspend / delete accounts, approve reject , comment on tasks of applicants, shidos etc.

  7. Requirements • Lists and links of systems supporting current system • Financial Implications of new features • Expected support from management • Feature differences in wiki offerings e.g. basic, vs paid versions
