PARKVIEW PANTHERS PARKVIEW SOCCER BOOSTER CLUB PRESENTS PARKVIEW SOCCER KICKOFF BANQUET Wednesday, February 6, 2008 6:30p.m. Registration – 7:00 p.m. Dinner Our annual Kickoff Banquet is an Italian potluck dinner. All coaches, players, managers, and their families are invited. Each team member should bring the following: GIRLS VARSITY AND JR. VARSITY: Italian Main Course Dessert Drink (2 liter soda, tea or water) Serving utensils BOYS VARSITY AND JR.VARSITY: Italian Main Course Salad Bread Serving utensils Membership dues will be collected at the banquet. The cost is $300.00 per player or $525.00 for two players in the same family. Spiritwear and season tickets will be available. We will be taking orders for your yard signs.
