Board of County Commissioners Project : Lake Eve PD/LUP Substantial Change Applicant: Momtaz Barq of Terra-Max Engineering, Inc. District #: 1 Request: To consider a substantial change to the approved Lake Eve Planned Development/ Land Use Plan (PD/LUP) to (1) Add multi- family uses to Lot 2; and (2) Increase the maximum building height on Lot 2 from seventy-five (75) feet to one hundred (100) feet for Multi-Family or two hundred (200) feet for Timeshare.
