  5. A program designed to help Clubs understand:- What their members want, What their community wants, and then provides a mechanism to achieve it. Club Excellence Process

  6. Focus areas of the Club Excellence Process for the club:- 1. Understand and agree why we are here as a Club. 2. Look at the needs of our community. 3. Look at our own Club and what makes it great. 4. What are what actions we need to take to address our community’s needs, and to make our club better. Club Excellence Process
