OBJECTIVES • Meet requirements of NPDES Phase II Permit • Reorganize and adopt more comprehensive provisions for the surface water management program • Adopt regulations that are specific & unique to Burien • Propose rules and regulations that consistent in scope and matter to the SWM programs of other jurisdictions
