TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION Characteristic of Plastic Waste Material 2. POLIETYLEN Is the product of ethylene polymerization. It is used for the manufacture of plastic materials for the productionofpackages and bags, insulations, cables, conductors, acid-proof pipes for building and chemical industries, bottles, toys and lots of household products. POLIPROPYLEN is the product of propylene polymerisation. Owing to its high mechanical and heat resistance it is used for manufacture of a wide variety products including packaging for chemicals and foodstuffs, piping and casing elements for various kinds of equipment.
TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION Raw Material Condition 1. • Acceptable are: max 10% the mineral contaminants such as sand, dust max 10%water contaminants any colour or prints on plastic packing • (PE) and (PP) • could be freely mixed Not acceptable are: Contaminants such as metal, piece of wood, stone Admixure of other organic wastes which contains chlorine, halogen, nitrogen and sulphur.
TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION Raw Material Condition 2. Before loading the charge does not need to be ground with the exception of hard elements with an area exceeding 100 x 100 cm. This recommendation pertains particularly to elements such as: auto bumpers, boxes, computer cases, canisters and other “large” objects. It does not require any additional cleaning.

TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION Final product 1. min. 1 PCP – FINAL PRODUCT AS THE LIQUID FUEL COMPOUND • According to the results of detailed analyses of the final product carried out by recognized laboratories: • The product does not contain sulphur and chlorine – it is a valuable product for many sectors of industry. • It is composed of hydrocarbons with a relatively high number of methylgroups (- CH2 -). • It does not contain significant quantities of aromatic compounds (no benzene detected); it does not contain any compounds composed of carbonyl and alcohol groups; neither triple bonds nor coupled double bonds are found. • Particular fractions of hydrocarbons characterised bydifferent boiling points may be separated by means ofdistillation.
