  3. Leadership Team • Andrew Allen - Chief Executive Officer Andrew (Andy) Allen, CEO, has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. As a former United States Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel, Marine test pilot and NASA astronaut, he understands the critical role of information technology, engineering, maintenance, operations and safety compliance. Following his service with the Marine Corps and 3 space flights, he held several senior leadership positions at NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC), NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC), NASA Headquarters, United Space Alliance, Honeywell, and Global Safety Labs. Andy has received numerous honors, including the Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Distinguished Flying Cross, NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal, and NASA Exceptional Service Medal. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and honorary doctorates in Public Service, Engineering Science, and Aerospace Management. • Lee Williams - Chief Operating Officer (COO) Lee Williams is a veteran manager in the electronics industry who has led several large organizations. His experience includes being the Vice President of Field Operations for Honeywell's Industrial Automation and Control Systems, the Vice President of Industrial Operations for Honeywell in Europe, and several years as a Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell's Space Business. Lee has extensive experience in transitioning management processes including tools and skills mix requirements to meet changing business needs and reduce operating costs. Lee has a proven track record of effectively structuring complex organizations and making them function efficiently and effectively.

Experience and Capabilities • TOSC: • We currently have electrical, mechanical, software, and quality engineers, Information Technology Specialist, procurement and logistics specialists, and project managers, working on this NASA Kennedy Space Center operations contract. • JETS: • Engineers in disciplines that include aerodynamics, parachute dynamics, avionics systems, and payload dynamics. We also provide hazard analysis, algorithm development, and project management on this NASA Johnson Space Center engineering contract. • ACES: • Field technicians and analysts working on this NASA Information Technology services contract. • ORION: • We provide risk management and scheduling, avionics power supply development as well as CMMI/Software process engineering • ESSA: • We provide engineering and science skills on this NASA Marshall Space Flight Center contract. • SITEC: • We provide voice and video infrastructure and computing management tasks including design, upgrade, implementation and maintenance of the voice, video, and data infrastructure and management, support, service, and maintenance for all of USSOCOM’s designated end-user devices for classified operations.
