Development of Responsible Care • American Chemical Association ( ACC ) developed the systems of the RC. • International Council of Chemical Association ( ICCA ) became the awarding body of RC to Associations. • GPCA developed its systems to fulfil the ICCA requirements. • GPCA got the full membership of ICCA in June 2009.
