From childhood, he learned how to build a portable toilet from the scratch, and how to deliver, clean and sell them to his clients. He was made the President/CEO of CALLAHEAD in 1981, and has turned the company to one of the largest portable sanitation companies in America. Charles Howard of Broad Channel is a seasoned businessman who has the understanding of how to start a business from the scratch, managing the available resources to build the business to a world class level.
