Introduction Windsor chair Traditional dining chairs are most often formal dining chairs made from wood with a medium or dark finish. When upholstered, they usually feature leather or white/off-white fabric.

Capacity Analysis • A Normal worker complete one chair in two days. • In our manufacturing plant 10 workers will work 8 hour daily. • So five chairs will manufactured daily. • Following machines will be used? Edge Bending Double Headed Single Headed
Design Capacity • Workers Daily output Days in month Monthly capacity 10 * 0.5 * 30 = 150 • Our monthly designed capacity will 150 so our yearly designed capacity will be = 1800
Effective Capacity • Designed Capacity =150 • Less Holiday 4/week =20 • Labor strike+ Load shedding/month+ other event holiday =20 Total Effective Capacity =110
Actual Capacity Our actual capacity will be depend upon customer demand, and customer orders, we will make chairs according to the requirement of the customers. Because chair is not for consumption as like food items, so we can increase or decrease our capacity as per order requirement.
Location analysis • Our manufacturing plant will be located at Mandi Bahauldin road Gujrat near Shaheenchowk . • It is in the center of Lahore, Rawalpindi,& Sargodha. • Labor cost is low. • Growth chances high. • Easy available of raw material. • Land cost is very Low
Product Design • Product is very simple for manufacturing concern. • It is not have complex features. • Changed designed through compute aided design (CAD).
Quality Control Method • Better quality wood • Machines will repaired every weekend. • Supervise personally. • We will motivate the employees on quality and we will gives rewards.
