  3. Ask a Question • During this lab we grew a sunflower in normal tap water • What we wanted to find out was how long it well take to grow a sun flower in two weeks

  4. Control vs. Variable State your hypothesis • My group was a control group • My hypothesis is that the flower will grow about two inches in two weeks

  6. Data Interpretation • What happened during your experiment? • In the experiment we added 20ml or 10ml of water to our plant. We used normal water for our plant. The grew .5cm`s in the time we did the experiment. • Explain your graph-Give a three to five sentence explanation of your data. Our plant didn`t grow for 5 days. After I grew a little bit it didn`t grow no more. The plant should had grew more than the variable groups.

  7. State your Conclusion • My hypothesis that stated…was (correct/incorrect). Why do you think this happened? My hypothesis was incorrect because I said it will grow 2inchs in the time but it grew .5cm • What was something you learned from this experiment? Something I learned in this experiment was that plant need a long time to grow depending on the water that it`s given • How would you alter this experiment for future use? I will use it in the future by when growing plants in school or at home.
