  4. Awarded projects Restrictions : • Inside/Outside 65/35 expenditure split must be maintained • The 50/50 effort days split must be maintained • Only 5% change between categories • Indirect costs cannot be changed

  5. Sub awards • Govern the workings of the project between the collaborating institutions • Contains the budgets for each institutions and their obligations under the project • Details on spending and invoicing WCMC-Q for expenditures • Invoices to be backed up by receipts

  6. Reports • Progress reports every 6 months • Collated & submitted by LPI • Separation between Technical & Financial reports • Monthly financial reports are sent to LPI
