  2. Wolfgang’s Life • His baptismal name is Johannes Chrysostomus Wolfgangus Theophilus Mozart. • He was born on Jan. 27, 1756 in 9 Getreidegasse in Salzburg. • He composed over 600 works throughout his life. • His sister Maria Anna was the only sibling to survive.

  3. Wolfgang’s Life • At the age of six, he began composing . • At the age of eight, he wrote his first symphonies. • When he was little, he traveled with his father all over Europe

  4. Wolfgang’s Life • In 1777, he toured with his mother to Munich, Mannheim and Paris. • In 1778, his mother died in Paris. • In 1779, he returned to his hometown and became court organist to the Archbishop.

  5. Wolfgang’s Life • He married Constanze Weber in 1782. • He died in Vienna on Dec. 5, 1791 at the age of 35.
