Situation 7: Copying Published Material • Scenario: You read an intriguing 3 page article from a website online. The article happens to pertain to the material you are teaching in class right now.
Situation 7: Copying Published Material • Outcome: You think it would be a great article to show to your class, so you print and distribute it out.
Situation 7: Copying Published Material • Cases and Information: Its legal under the fair use law.
Situation 8: Labor Right • Scenario: You are coaching the football team and the school does not give you another check. When you ask authorities why you aren't getting paid, they respond by saying, “We no longer pay teachers to coach extra-curriculum activities.”
Situation 8: Labor Rights • Outcome: You decide to go on strike until you receive payment for your extra work.

Situation 9: Sex-segregated classes • Scenario: A Language Arts teacher notices that the female students were holding back in group discussions.
