  3. Ce este Programul Cadru 7? Programul cadru pentru cercetare, dezvoltare tehnologica si activitati demonstartive reprezinta instrumentul prin care Uniunea Europeana sprijina domeniul stiintei si tehnologiei la nivel european. Obiectivul Lisabona: • Până în anul 2010 Europatrebuie “… să devină cea mai competitivă şi dinamică economie din lumebazată pe cunoaştere, capabilăsă dezvolte o economie durabilă care să ofere mai multe şi mai bune locuri de muncă şi să asigure coeziunea socială.” - Consiliul Miniştrilor de la Lisabona din martie 2000 • Suport pentru alte politici: • Sanatate • Agricultura • Mediu • Cooperare internationala

Consiliul European de Cercetare - ERC • “Frontier Science” • abordare de “jos in sus” • criteriu unic – excelenta • grup tinta : echipa unica sau consortii nationale sau internationale • doua tipuri de granturi: Starting Independent Researcher Grants si Advanced Investigator Grants • Programul Idei incurajeaza participarea cercetatorilor din tari europene si non-europene • Nivelul de participare variaza in ceea ce priveste rolurile si finantarea • Investigator principal – pot fi de orice nationalitate dar organizatia gazda a IP trebuie sa fie intr-o tara membra UE sau asociata, sau o organizatie internationala precum CERN, EMBL, etc., sau JRC • Membrii echipei pot fi de orice varsta si nationalitate

  33. European Science Foundation http://www.esf.org/ European Science Foundation (ESF) este o asociaţie de 79 organizaţii membre dedicate cercetării ştiinţifice în 30 de ţări europene. Scopul de bază al ESF este de a promova ştiinţa de înaltă calitate la nivel european. ESF faciliteaza cooperarea şi colaborarea în domeniul ştiinţei, în numele părţilor sale interesate (organizaţiile membre şi comunitatea ştiinţifica din Europa). Această activitate transfrontalieră combină abordări atât "de sus în jos“ şi "de jos în sus". 3 piloni principali: Science Strategy, Science Synergy, Science Management.

European Science Foundation Science Strategy Strategia cuprinde acele activităţi care sunt orientate spre viitor şi se ocupe cu probleme de politică de importanţă europeană, în scopul de a identifica direcţiile viitoare de cercetare şi a priorităţilor. Instrumente: Forward Looks, Member Organisation Fora, Exploratory Workshops Science Synergy Activităţile din cadrul acestui pilonul reuneste cercetători şi organizaţii membre în scopul de a planifica şi implementa activitati de cercetare la nivel european. Instrumente: EUROCORES, ESF Research Networking Programmes si ESF Research Conferences Science Management Cuprinde furnizarea de servicii şi expertiză in mamagement de programe. Exemplu: European Young Investigator Awards (EURYI)

  35. Cateva secrete - PERSPECTIVA • Propunerea dvs trebuie scrisa pentru a rezolva o problema EUROPEANA indentificata in politicile UE – NICIODATA sa nu lasati impresia ca scrieti proiectul pentru gasi finantarea cercetarii dvs.!

  36. Cateva secrete - SPRIJIN • Solicitati sprijinul PNC privind “consistenta” proiectului dvs. • Nu considerati in proiectul dvs numai aspectele stiintifice, ci si cele politice, economice si sociale!

Scrierea propunerii – cateva sugestii • Utilizati engleza standard si concisa • Textul sa fie clar, bine structurat si fluent • Utilizati paragrafe scurte, marcati pasajele-cheie, schematizati conceptele • Inserati numai informaţiile relevante pentru proiect • Raspundeti la TOATE intrebarile din formular • Utilizati terminologia relevanta in Programul de Lucru • Fiti coerenti in toate paragrafele propunerii (ex: service – system, experimentation – test, etc.) • Introduceti conceptele noi inca de la inceput si explicati-le, nu le introduceti la sfarsit • Referiti-va la date statistice publice daca sunt relevante • Referiti-va la proiecte finantate anterios • Utilizati grafice, diagrame, tabele, in loc de sute de cuvinte! • Faceti propunerea citibila – evaluatorul are cateva ore timp sa citeasca propunerea dvs si sa o evalueze. • Scrieti cu caractere cursive, subliniate, ingrosate
