One Standard, Consistent Application Lifting and Tip Tackles lifted above ground (but not more than horizontal) and not bought safely to ground – PK lifted to horizontal & dropped - YC head below hips & driven to ground - RC Note: a normal driving low tackle where a player is lifted slightly off the ground and lands on bottom is not a tip tackle – liken this to a diving tackle bag technique
