Fit to Fight Program • AF Fitness inspections for the special interest items • Checklist for SII 05 Fitness Inspection has been sent out to units • UFPMs call HAWC (Mr. Fabian Beavers) to set time to go through checklist • UFPMs and PTLs need to make sure they are calling the fitness center to reserve the sites for group exercise and testing • Make sure safety and emergency procedures are in place • Next PTL Training date is March 4th from 0730 to 1630. • Female members that are pregnant • Exercise required if cleared and not a high risk pregnancy (AFI 10-248, page 18, 4.2.9) • Make sure they are signed up for the Family Support Center’s “Bundles for Babies” class to receive detailed exercise information or have them call and stop by the HAWC. Next Class 15 March 05
