  2. How do people come across Islam..? • Some people who do not have a Muslim upbringing may come to believe in Allah for other reasons. Some people, although not Muslim, still have an association with Islam because of things such as: • Meeting with a Muslim, who tells them about their faith • A visit to a mosque or a Muslim country where they find out more about the religion • Reading one article of book about Islam

  3. Religious experiences • Some people when they are having a difficult time, may ask the imam for advise to pray to Allah for answers. • Religious experience something that a person believes has brought them personally in to direct contact with Allah

  4. Miracles and answered prayers • A miracle is something that happens which breaks the laws of science and people attribute to Allah. • Prayer is a personal way that a Muslim communicates with Allah and an answers prayer is that when the person praying believes that Allah has not only heard their prayer but also answered it.

  5. A numinous and conversion experience • A numinous is when something completely astonishes you it leaves you the feeling that something more powerful than you must exist. • A conversion is when someone who previously didn’t believe in Allah changes their belief and begins to believe in Allah’s existence
