Cookbook A ten-chapter cookbook was created in early 2000 to identify relevant standards and practices in construction of a consistent SDI • Revision, Translation • A revision to the Cookbook is needed (when?) • Interest in translation into Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese • Publication, Printing • Taylor & Francis wishes to publish a bound version
GSDI-5 Conference • GSDI-5 to be held 21-24 May 2001 • Cartagena, Colombia • Sessions have been defined but there may still be some flexibility • Suggestions, discussion • Who will be there?
Other activities for consideration • Workshop on catalogue implementation strategies • Catalogue Services likely as NWIP for Adelaide • Proposed July workshop in Canada/US • Proposed November meeting in Australia • Investigation into spatial data product identifiers • What form/forum should this take?
