Implementation of Central Market Systems changes • SEMO is responsible for implementing changes to the Central Market System (CMS): • Modification Proposals approved by the Regulatory Authorities. • Non-Code related Change Requests recommended by the SEM Design Service (SDS) and approved by the Regulatory Authorities. • SEMO implements these changes by: • Translating the agreed business requirements to detailed systems requirements/design. • Baselining the design for delivery by our vendors. • Testing software internally (system integration and regression) to ensure that baselined requirements have been met. • Communicating as required with stakeholders. • Where Participant interface changes occur, conducting Market Trial to demonstrate that the CMS and Participant interfaces will operate in accordance with the Code. • Managing Cutover / Deployment.
SEM R2.0.0 – Intra-Day Trading - Scope • Scope for SEM R2.0.0 is as follows: • SEM_PC_CR284 added to scope on 2 December 2011. Change to the vendor design to ensure alignment of Intra-Day Trading solution with Mod_18_10_v2. • SEM_PC_CR287 added to scope on 12 December 2011. Minor change included to align with the Code and to ensure Participants could effectively manage Credit Cover under Intra-Day Trading.
SEM R2.0.0 – Intra-Day Trading – Project schedule • Major activities and associated schedule for the project are as follows: • The project is on schedule across all workstreams.
SEM R2.1.0 – October 2012 • The Approved scope for SEM R2.1.0 is as follows:
SEM R2.2.0 – April 2013 • The following Modification Proposal is approved for the SEM R2.2.0 release: • The release cut-off date for the April 2013 release to the Central Market System is : Friday, 22 June 2012. • All approved Modifications Proposals will be allocated to this release (subject to available capacity).
