  2. VPA Budget Summary Budget still very preliminary VPA revenue includes $250k in rent from PMT 85 employees budgeted for FY13 vs. 126 as of July 1, 2011 Salary increases budgeted at 3%

  3. VPA Budget Summary Health insurance rates budgeted to increase 2.9% Pension costs include $500k in pension contributions as a result of early retirements APM rent is budgeted to increase $10.9m as a result of full rent commencement

  4. VPA Budget Summary Security expenses are budgeted to decrease $2.2m as a result of reorganization Very minimal capital needs and no new debt offerings
