  3. Housing Support • Guidance group being set up – chaired by ALACHO • LAs, SCSH, Shelter, CIH, HSEU, Aberdeen Foyer, SFHA • First meeting 28 March • Regulations into force 1 June 2013

  4. Welfare reform • Temporary Accommodation • Supported Exempt Accommodation • Under-occupation • Benefit cap – July 2013 – September 2013

  5. Hostel Deficit Grant • Funding same as 2012/13 for 2013/14 • Work with COSLA to agree a different formula for distribution • Intention to have new process in place for 2014/15

  6. Other areas • Reducing Reoffending • Health and Homelessness • National Co-ordinators • Quarterly statistics • Prevention monitoring • Shelter’s Housing Options Report
