Lync 2010 client and Lync Online Lync web app capability roadmap At Office 365 GA, Lync 2010 client will be freely available to active Lync Online customers as a limited time promotion In Q4CY2011 IM/Presence becomes available in the Lync web app and the promo will be discontinued for new customers Existing Lync Online customers who received the client through the promo will maintain rights to the client until W15 (as long as they maintain their Lync Online subscription). After Q4CY2011, new Office 365 for Enterprise customers will have to purchase the Lync client Office 365 E3/E4, Office Pro+ or standalone purchase in VL
