  2. STRATEGIC & ANNUAL PERFORMANCE PLANS: TABLING AND REFERRAL Responsibilities of the executive authority is to table: • Strategic Plans • Annual Performance Plans • Annual Reports • Any other documents to Parliament

  3. STRATEGIC & ANNUAL PERFORMANCE PLANS: TABLING AND REFERRAL • The Speaker of the National Assembly will refer the above-mentioned documents to the relevant Committee for consideration and report • Announcements, Tablings and Committee Reports (ATC) • Committee scrutinizes documents and reports to National Assembly (NA) with recommendations to approve or not approve the budget, if it is the APP

  4. STRATEGIC & ANNUAL PERFORMANCE PLANS: TABLING AND REFERRAL • Annual Performance Plan (APP) of Home Affairs was referred on 13 March 2014 • An Errata to APP was referred on 27 June 2014 • Meetings of the PC on Home Affairs to process the budget vote the Dept of Home Affairs have been scheduled for 1 and 8 July 2014 • Debate on Home Affairs budget vote is scheduled for 15 July 2014
