Phase 2: EHV Pricing • Actions: • Specify expansion planning and pricing (EPP) software • Let tender for development of EPP software • Manage development of software • Timescales: • Deliver software by Apr. ’08 • Submit modification proposal during 2008/9 • Implementation, at the latest, in Apr. ‘09 Phase 1: Re-fresh DRM • Actions: • Update network data – cost and structure • Update customer data • Develop and build in HV/LV generation methodology • Review ‘customer and other costs’ allocation approach • Timescales: • Complete re-fresh programme by Sept. ’07 • Submit modification proposal in Oct. ’07 • Implementation in Apr. ‘08
