It is important to not that an Account can be considered an Opportunity for future business, or even an existing customer. This section of the iBB allows you to create and develop new opportunities while managing existing accounts with the following features: • Search Account: Use this section to search out a specific or group of accounts from a designated criteria. This is the first stop in the Account Center, and must be used for every contact in order to avoid the creation of duplicate accounts. • New Account: Us this section to create a brand new account. • Forward Account: Use this form to forward an account to another user. • Update Account: Use this form to update existing account information and follow up. • Cancel Account: Use this form to cancel existing accounts that have no proposals or orders. • Account Reports: Use this section to view accounts and download report files based on specific criteria and by status. • Job Queues: Use this section to review and take action on your accounts by status
