Work • Pew Research Center report-on the millennial generation, those now mostly in their 20s, are the first generation not to cite work ethic as one of their top defining characteristics. • Million’s of college students work either part time or full time while they attend school. • “We work to survive”-Millennial quote

Religion • Americans ages 18 to 29 are considerably less religious than older Americans, according to a new report released by the Pew Research Center's Forum on Religion & Public Life. • There are millennials who are less religious then older Americans, however there are also millennials who are considerable more religious than older American.
