The Firm has offices in Tampa, Sarasota, Fort Myers, and Apalachicola. He is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law. The Firm represents employers exclusively in labor and employment law, in both the private and public sectors, in virtually all industries. He advises and represents employers in matters and litigation relating to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour law, discipline, discharge, personnel documentation, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, mediations, union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practices, strikes, OSHA, administrative, state and federal court proceedings. Mr. Hament is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Hermes is also a certified mediator and maintains a mediation practice as an adjunct to her labor & employment law practice. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Brenda has over 15 years of human resources experience, with an emphasis on employee relations, recruiting, and safety. Prior to joining HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Sarasota in 2011, she worked in human resources leadership roles in healthcare facilities in Florida and Ohio.

Joshi, Esq. is a Florida Bar, Board-Certified attorney in Labor and Employment Law and Shareholder with the law firm of Kunkel Miller & Hament (KMHLABORLAW.COM). Mr. Joshi graduated, with Honors, with a B.S. degree in Management from the University of Florida and then graduated from the University of Florida J.D./M.B.A, Joint Degree Program in 1997, with Honors, with a concentration in Human Resources Management. While attending the University of Florida College of Law and College of Graduate Business School, Mr. Joshi was the President of the University of Florida Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management. Mr. Joshi represents and defends public sector and private sector employers statewide in matters implicating employment and labors laws. Over the years, Mr. Joshi has written and lectured nationally about various labor and employment-related matters, and has had articles published in national trade publications. Mr. Joshi is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar.Mr. Joshi also served as Chair of the Sarasota County Labor and Employment Law Section.
