Cierto o Falso Debo reposar/descansar y desayunar antes de un examen. Se como relajarme y enfocarme antes y durante un examen. Debo de leer las instruciones cuidadosamente antes de responder la pregunta. Si no se la respuesta a una pregunta, debo continuar con la siguente pregunta y regresar a responderla despues. Debo preocuparme despues del examen sobre mis resultados.
True or False I should get enough sleep and eat breakfast before the test. I know how to relax/focus before and during the test. I should read all the directions carefully before I answer the question. I should skip questions and come back to them later if I don’t know the answer. I should worry about how I did on the test after I am done.

The night before the test… Make sure you get enough sleep
If you don’t you might… during the test.
The morning of the test make sure you eat a healthy breakfast
It’s ok to be nervous but remember to relax Before you start the test - Close your eyes - Take 6 deep breathes If you start to get nervous during the test - take 3 deep breathes, then start the test again
When taking the test Read all of the test directions carefully Pay attention to words that are - Bold - Underlined - Italicized
Time Management • Structure your time • Start with the section you find more difficult • YOU are in control!!! • Finish with the section you find simple
Read Everything Carefully!!! • Read the question • Read the answers • Read the passage (if it’s a reading exam)
