Exhibitions Project Manager - international design & build Salary – £28,000 - £30,000 Potential Route GCSE Product Design A Level Product Design Graphic Products Design @ University Potential Route GCSE Hospitality NVQ Level 2 in Food and Drink Service, or Hospitality Service. • The Project Manager has full responsibility for ensuring that the client's requirements are met, the project is completed on time and within budget and that all supplier sand/or contractors are completing tasks with the given timeline. • Key responsibilities and accountabilities: • Managing the timeline document to ensure all deadline dates are being met by client • Placing of all site service orders where applicable • Placing of project related orders where applicable • Negotiate with all suppliers to ensure best price for each project • To make and maintain regular contact with all clients and suppliers to ensure communication is effected through the correct channels by both telephone and/or email documentation. To request and co-ordinate 3 separate quotations from preferred suppliers list when creating new and existing business quotations. • Prepare all quotations to clients both existing and new • Produce project job costs for every project • Main person responsible for all site installations where necessary with administrative assistance and support provided by Project Co-ordinator and Designers and where events overlap. Produce and distribute site reports after each installation. Any actions communicated to the Sales or Design team for follow up action • Responsible for co-ordinating the raising of invoices once signed contract/quotation received from client • Key Skills required: Previous exhibition project management; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to management level; Numerical and Literacy skills; Health and Safety, Risk Assessment and Method Statement experience; Organisational and planning skills; Influencing and Negotiation skills; Knowledge of all Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, databases (ACT!, Salesforce, Goldmine) and another programmes necessary to perform role • Key Attributes: Demonstrate confidence and take ownership of the Senior Projects
