Office Space Planner Salary – £25,000 - £30,000 Potential Route GCSE Product Design A Level Graphic Products Design @ University Potential Route GCSE Hospitality NVQ Level 2 in Food and Drink Service, or Hospitality Service. Responsibilities within this role will be Input from outlines of internal office taken at site surveys Basic line outlines of the Space, Ceiling grids, Floor grids, Lighting layouts, Electrical layouts, Furniture space plans, Partitions layouts Kitchen layouts, Data cabling layouts Office Layouts with knowledge of space required and all the services within an office layout Knowledge of Fire and Building control requirements Presentation work on Colours finishes and design Prepare PowerPoint presentations and obtaining costings to input using Excel Changes from existing Library of plans and lots of revisions and amendments to plans For this opportunity it will be an advantage having experience on estimating fit out works/Office furniture An advantage if the candidate has a practical knowledge of Office Fit out, please not this role isn't suitable for candidates with an architect / technical background in office interiors. 00 Space planner experience in Auto Cad and with an Office Interior background is important for this opportunity as well as experience of Auto Cad version 2010 architecture or possible Light 2010 version. It's also essential you have the ability to work on your own initiative. Other duties will also include answering the telephone, undertaking other administrative tasks and the ability to use PowerPoint and Excel.
