Information Model Search • Provides a top-level depiction of the main areas of health information • Simplifies the structure of health information • Allows drill down and display the entity sub-types • Allows retrieval of information about mapped data element metadata AIHW Knowledgebase Douglas D. Data Element Search • Allows searching for data element definitions. • Entered via the main menu selections or via linkage from another part of the Knowledgebase. • Contains options: • using the alphabet list • selecting All or • switching to an Advanced Search. Data Agreement Search • Allows searching for data agreements • Data agreements represent agreements between organizations to collect data in a standard form. • Agreement has a scope and a start date, and perhaps an end date. • Agreement in terms of defined data elements i.e. we agree to collect data elements A,B and C AIHW Knowledgebase Douglas D. Data Collection Search • Allows searching for data collection details. • Contains option for advanced searching • “term” in data collection name or purpose • “managed by organization” • particular State, Territory • collections considered as having National coverage.
