We will discuss how to analyze the WE Lead™ and WE Teach™ survey results with a focus on identifying areas of need.

Poll Results • Now that we have heard the results, let’s ask ourselves: • Why do we believe what we do? • Is that part of the obstacle that has to be overcome • If we know what the obstacle is (from the data), is it a challenge we want to address or do we believe it is a symptom of something else? • … can these questions be used with your staff?
